Rules for Pick of The Year (PoTY) 2020

It’s over, it’s over, it’s all over! All we need is John Henry to give his official blessing. In any event, according to my ciphering, the winner of the Mr. Market 2020 PotY contest is Riverbabe and her astonishing stock, CRWD. Congratulations to Riverbabe and our top 5 finishers, in order: Riverbabe, yours truly, Mr. Market, Mimo, and WifWif. Each of our top 5 had a stock that doubled in value or more. Sweet. There were some really great picks this year, so kudos to everyone for a job well done. Just for fun, I created a portfolio in which an approximately $2000 position was opened for each stock. The performance of this mock portfolio was pretty awesome with a 68.49% gain. You can see this portfolio below the standings.
