I have 14 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Default Consecutive Streak Question for the Huge One

Hi MM,

I was looking at your Home Page and your Closed Trades. I have been around only a couple months so I have a question. Why was there a huge gap Between Closed Trade #10 that was closed on 7/9/2002 and Trade #11 which was closed on 1/13/2003. That's 6 months without a winner... any info would be appreciated..

10 HAMP 6/18/2002 7/9/2002 21.89 25.35 16% 275%
11 RATE 1/9/2003 1/13/2003 4.30 5.14 20% 1783%
12 LCI 1/24/2003 2/6/2003 20.00 23.40 17% 477%
13 ODFL 1/3/2003 4/3/2003 29.05 33.77 16% 66%
14 AVD 8/19/2002 4/14/2003 15.07 17.58 17% 26%

I was just wondering during that 6 month span if it was due to the model not producing good candidates or if it was a market call by you to not commit new money due to the overall downturn in the market at the time.

I never commit new money. I re-allocate my capital as I compound my profits on my winners.

Default Ahead of the Game

Just trying to load my gun here for the next shoot off. Not to sure I don't have another winner here. Well, at least another 15% after, after it tops the next magical Mister Market data bump test.
My topice is a company called Range Resource Corp. from Fort Worth, which is an engery stock which trades on the NYSE under RRC. The present price is at $11.67 which is a 12 3/4 % increase since my enrty at $10.35 on the Jan. 9, 2004. A few things of mention my be that this Company has a Price to Sale of 2.64 ( Stenz Special ) with a Price to Book of 2.92 which is a ( DALE Special ). The one year est. is $14.25. So if this stock were to reach a 45% increase, from purchase point, that will be a $ 15.00 per share price when Mister Market declaires this stock just reached 15.08%. and was the winner of the Corn Eatting Contest Top Five.

More support 52 week high was $11.68 on March 10, of 04 and closed today @ $11.67. I hope this # holds true.
More support Book Value per Share is 3.972. My late Step Dad always told me to stay under 5. So I believe there is room to grow a little here.
More support Mister Market will Will it to be a supper stock after it passes The DUMP Test.

Time Out BEERRUN PHU!!!!! That was close almost ran out.

I do feel HZO will do well for us all and not take us not more than 36 days,,, 12 hours,,, 38 min,,, and 16 sec. for us to accomplish our goal.

So, Yo,, Ha,,,, M & M Man. My next entry for The SHOT OUT is
R R C ====> (I got a good feeling about this. It could happen..)
