Quantcast
I have 17 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Newspaper Circulation...Top 200...I see IBD is almost right up there with the Palm Beach Post at # 64.

One thing gets me though...The last I remember IBD had listed a circ. of 310,000 on the paper before they stopped publishing it...Now they have 100,000 less...How come their advertising rates have gone up so much?

Oh my gosh, Doug, those are some of the worst opening lines I've ever heard! ... with the possible exception of that second-to-last one. I can imagine that one actually working sometimes, but the fact that it's a lie—or at the very least clearly misleading—makes it despicable.

I think that one invites the answer: "True".

    Rob,
An even worse line . My friend overheard a girl bragging about her Mustang. This was in 1969. He said "Mustang's are like a**holes , everybody has one" and it worked ! They hooked up.
