Quantcast
I have 26 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Think of it this way: A $0.28 move and you’re in first place. There is still a lot of time left.

I'm working on my 2021 POTY.
Probably will choose one of these: MRNA, INO,or EBS.

    Good luck to all.

Playing the COVID-19 angle I see. Smart. It has certainly worked out well for you this year. This may be redundant for you, but I did some research on COVID-19 stocks myself. One other company you might want to take a look at is NVAX, although I think right now MRNA sounds like they are the closest as they recently passed the first of their clinical trials. You also might want to take a look at the scathing report Citron Research, the short activist, put out on INO:
    https://citronresearch.com/wp-conten...-Bad-Blood.pdf

I compiled a list of companies that are either working on a COVID-19 vaccine, partnering with someone who is developing a vaccine, or providing services that facilitate vaccine production and delivery: ADPT, ALNY, ALT, AMGN, BNTX, CYDY, EBS, GILD, GSK, HTBX, INO, JNJ, MRNA, NVAX, PFE, REGN, ROG, SNY, TAK, TBIO, VRI, VXRT. Surely a few companies in that list are going to be big winners.

Congrats on your stellar POY and good luck with all future trades and picks.

that's a good read on Inovio, Bluewolf. However, you're missing a little something (/uploads) from the link. Here's the correct one for others who want to read it:

    https://citronresearch.com/wp-conten...-Bad-Blood.pdf

    https://citronresearch.com/wp-content/ uploads /2020/04/Inovio-Pharmaceuticals-Bad-Blood.pdf

it's weird, but when I post the correct link, the site shortens it by removing the /uploads part. the above works, if you remove the spaces before and after 'uploads'.

NY Times article today says Trump administration has identified five companies as most likely to produce COVID-19 vaccine: MRNA, AZN, JNJ, MRK, and PFE. Apparently MRNA and AZN are farthest along with each about to enter final round of clinical trials. INO and NVAX both took a little hit today for not being on the list.

It was an interesting week as we had a fair amount of activity within the standings. Most notably, Riverbabe moved into 2nd place with CRWD, nosing out Jiesen and CERS. Both are still performing extremely well with 47+% gains, and there will undoubtedly be a lot more jockeying for position before this one is over. The big question, however, is whether or not anyone will catch Paco. Jiesen has come close, but REGN continues to be a juggernaut. Stay tuned. The fun is just beginning.

While everything else I have is taking a dump today, CERS popped nearly 15%. Not sure why that is but it certainly is making me happy. Maybe due to the fact that COVID is going to be around with us a lot longer that anyone thought before, CERS will find their plasma treatment business to be much more lucrative?

Well, crap. You're up 15% one day, then down 15% the next... figures. I guess everything just sucks right now, without exception.
