Quantcast
I have 83 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. I guess it means you're an indicator, just like the Dow and the S&P... so maybe now we can use the BS index instead?

I could say for example: I didn't do so well this year, as my portfolio underperformed both the Dow and S&P. However, I did manage to beat the BS by 1%!

Riddle me this, Batman: Just how is it that the most volatile thing out there, Bitcoin, has returned exactly 0.00% over the first 4 months of this year?

An observation on taking a short position in the POTY (Vixtt and Billy): your maximum gain is limited to 100%. With POTY I recommend swinging for the fences and hope for >100% Gains.

This is what I've been trying to do (in case anyone wondered why I chose a Greek bank this year) and I have been rewarded with last place finishes in like 2 of the past three years. One year my pick (a Greek shipping company) was delisted.
