MM, I crave your hugness and would like to ask you for ideas on weight training in certain areas.
Specificaly: Chest, Back, Traps, and Shoulders

I combine chest/arms on one day and shoulders/back the other day. Typically I lift on Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri with aerobics on the other days.
Chest exercises are typically bench press (low reps 6 sets) / dumbell flies and the pec deck machinge.
For back I use the seated lat pulldown for 2 sets and the seated row machine for 2 sets.
Traps is usually just shoulder shrugs with a barbell.
Shoulders I do seated behind neck on the smith machine, upright rows on the smith machine and lateral dumbell raises.
Keep at it and post a picture when you become HUGE!
