I have found this board very useful, Thanks.
I am looking to stabilize my portfolio by a stock with great dividends and sound fundumentals, thank you for the FBR recomedation, any other ideas any body?

BPT (12%) and MO (6%) are two that come to mind. What do you think of these?

Check out NFI. They also have a DRIP.
