Here they are:
ARO CMBC PHM SPF WLS
Looks like the revenge of the homebuilders....I might buy one of these tomorrow, if I get a chance to finish my fundamental analysis before its time to go see Bruce at Shea!!
Which one do you like??

Please call it in the air, SPF it is. #1 they have a broader base in development areas. #2 Thing I like P/B shows there is room to grow:: R/A & R/E also support possibale growth:: We would have a full 1/4 to reach 15% with no suprises when they post earning statement :: 66.89% Price Increase over last year:: #3 Things I don"t D/E is this at confortable Or are they in the process of making sone major changes::: There % held by insiders is @ 8.45%. could be a little higher but o well can't have it all. Theirs my two Cents MEA

The Market is at an important crossroads today. I am going to sit this one out. If I were going to participate

Hi,
after all the trouble without MM's picks I run Karels's screens and found ARO which passed even my small cap model.
Imho the fair value is about $34 but I cannot say when ARO will touch it's intrinsic value. In the long term run it will.
