It certainly was for me, even if I have not been very active. My dollar return is a bit over 25% and my euro return is a bit over 35%. Perhaps not really "smoking the indices", but nice enough.

I was just telling my wife last night that 2010 was our best year ever financially. I don't buy every one of your picks, but I buy enough of them to make a noticeable difference in my end of the year return.

P.S. to Hags - I love the roller coaster slide you put in your post. I think we're right about at the crest. I'm a fellow cheesehead as well (Menomonie). Go Pack!
