I want to attempt a stunt in the public glare.

My goal is to grow an account with a minimum of 2K to 50K with 10 or less trades. How long it will take to grow or blow up the capital is unclear, but I will post all trades with screenshots of orders, charts, and account progress as soon as trades are initiated!

The first trade is the most important in a venture like this, so I'm willing to risk 25% of the total account on the first trade after which I will lower the risk.

My preferred trading instrument is Equity/Index Options.

Trading technique is trend analysis/low premium!

Best of luck! Luck is probably the wrong word to use but you know what I mean. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

16 trades in a row of 15% or better will get you close...

My idea of luck in this business is getting stocks that meet certain criteria without stress.

How are you defining your risk?

Does this mean that you will buy $500 worth of options and hold?

Or are you going to buy $2000 worth and cut your loss if you are down $500?

Tough up hill battle with a small account as commish and slippage will eat a good % of your gains.

Good trading; I'll follow with interest.

DDYep! For the first trade, I intend to buy $2,000.00 worth of options and set a stop loss at 25% below the cost basis!

With option it's probably achievable only if you have winning streaks like MM. On top of that, you have to have impeccable timing that the stock moves your way. I personally lost tons in options. Good luck.

Agreed!! I may never go back to stocks ....lol , no not really. I do own some stocks. I think it just depends on a persons strategy, risk tolerance and money that is allocated to each trade.

I understand how options work but I have yet to venture into that territory. I still have a lot to learn.

I am here..looking for trading opportunities good for capital growth. There's a particular trend and time frame suitable for Options trades.

Will update the thread as soon as I get some trades going.
