:( Any comments on reason why such a tremendous drop in value? On paper , the company still looks strong- 3Q earings not what I expected but still ahead of last years- Other than "Weather Conditions", any incite to why such a drop?

They lowered both 4th quarter and full year guidance.

This is a well run company which should continue to grow its revenues and earnings. It really got spanked with the guidance revision but that's what happens when cowards want to run for the exits. I feel confident CBK will outperform the market in 2004.
