I want to know why if this disgrace of a man is so shyte-hot why did he cheat in that contest, and why did he enter 1 race in last year's pick of the week contest and withdraw for the rest of the year after his only pick lost 42% in less than a week. That pick was DCR, and last traded at 4 pennies six months ago. And his pick of the year, lost 93% and he came dead-last in that contest. Motherload of what?? I think I know the answer to that one. So again....limit yer risk on anything out of this landlubber's mouth. Fer it might just tank in unprecedented fashion, just like his reputation did in the eyes of the clever scallywaygs who sail Ernie's forum. If you want to be like a seal eating stale fish then stay in this thread, but if you want to actually learn how to catch yer own fresh food look in the treasure troves of this forum.

DEC 3rd e-mail alert FTBK @ $2.14, added again on DEC 4th with $2.12 average. FTBK hit $4.89 HOD on DEC 22nd! Easy 100% gainer!!!

NFP e-mail alerted on NOV 25 @ $1.43, we might see $4+, with average $1.33! added NFP on Dec 8th & 9th on dips!!! NFP hit $4.92 on DEC 10th, was just $1.5 on DEC 2nd (#msg-33903949) a 250% gainner!!

GFG e-mail alert on DEC 8th bought at $1.45. GFG worst case scenario $0.90, upside to $3. added GFG on DEC 17th with $1.10 average, GFG hit $2.79 on DEC 23rd! Easy double! Backed in some GFG at $1.71 after selling some on DEC 19th spike.

RNIN e-mail alert on DEC 8th, bought at $0.43-0.45 for a 1-4 weeks swing to $1.50-$2.00. On Dec 18th, ran to $1.48 HOD, a 300%+ gainer!!

he might be a nice guy but his skin is paper thin and he cannot take any kind of legit questioning or disagreeing with his picks. his outburst against spike was way over the top and uncalled for. in the beginning all anyone asked of him was to put up a chart and explain his rationale which he couldnt or wouldnt do. the truth of the matter is that he brought whatever came down on him on his own accord. there is no disagreeing with him without him going off the scale. and to say that he is self-indulgent and looking to capitalize for his own self embellishment off of ernies forum is an understatement. look at how many people have come and gone here for whatever reasons and then look at the ones who have stayed and been here for years like yourself. there are common threads that illustrate clearly both types of personalities. the ones that have left are clearly distinguishable for the same negative qualities. its a shame that his ego overshadows his positive qualities but that is his own doing and you reap what you sow.

Jeff, you should know that ML tried to cheat in the POTY and never really apologized, but tried to shrug it off. That is more than enough to put him in most people's bad books. He therefore has little credit, but acts as if he has loads. Couple that to the fact that his only reaction to abuse is going up in flames and returning the favor, and you get a very unpleasant picture.

I am not convinced about ML's abilities as a stock picker, precisely because of that strange comment of yours "they wouldnt post losers because the simple fact of a tight stop". First, "they" is ML himself, and second, I see no stops announced. Worse, they do not seem to be announced, no plan at all. And as an illustration, NEXC was "called" at .08 on 12/18, and claimed as a winner on 12/29, but it had dropped to .057 on 12/26, so it went almost 30% against him. If the tight stop had been a simple fact, ML would have been stopped out. I am very much afraid that ML keeps absolutely silent on stocks that go against him. Then, when they come back, he claims them as winners, and when they crash, they can be considered to be "stopped out with a tight stop". Heads, I win; tails, you lose. And now he claims he doubled down at .06 (post 14 in this thread). Good for him!

His winners may more than compensate for his losers, but that isn't at all clear, and his way of bookkeeping doesn't inspire confidence. When people make such an ego trip of investing as ML, it is best to steer clear of them.
