How about a thread for bold predictions concerning the stock market, world events, or any subject, as long as the outcome can be definitely measured within 30 days of the prediction?

I'll start by predicting that ATVI (activision blizzard) with latest after hours price 12.26 will at some time before the close on 11/14 reach a price of 14.10, an increase of 15%.

I'll keep track of predictions made here starting with my own and at the end of the time period grade each prediction on a scale of : brilliant to moronic

Monday afternoon I stopped long enough to pick up some CNH in my Share Builder. After work i tuned into the loud mouth on cnbc to hear him say he liked CNH better then AG. Then I read mm to catch up on the latest winners and find this thread.

I boldly predict that CNH will be up 16% in three months. Close of $18.15 on 11/3/08. MEA
