A huge drop today ..based on some allegations...any thoughts? Is this a buying opportunity?

Id buy, look at what it has already done in the aftermarket trading, just abunch of people getting scared and selling off,, thats my take on it...
its been hell of a ride..i sold at 42 after USB comment..not sure whether the further drop is good buying opportunity...with so much dumping form institutions the stock may take long to recover....
