Did you guys profit from the 777 point drop?

I was just hearing a radio host was saying he heard some people doubled their money. I REALLY doubt that unless you're talking about penny stocks.

I can see people making 30% to 70% or so but not 100%.

How did you all do? It's your chance to gloat. LOL! :D

I'm sure you could cherry pick the market and in hindsight find something that doubled but any person that actually did it, if there is such a person, would be outnumbered 10,000 to 1 by those that lost a bundle. Just tell me what to buy tomorrow that will double fast and I'll sign your praises to everyone.

See my thread...I didn't make huge amounts...But in this market w/ the time I have...I am just looking at the the easy way out on QID/QLD when everything's right for a quick buck...However, I have found that I have to put in liberal limits or I get shut out...Doug

i profited nicely from the big market drop but i was short FMC and i have some put options also which i sold im still holding NSC put options ...as well i have the TWM and SRS.....i short to my eyeballs ....expect another big drop in the weeks ahead...actually probably bigger than the last one....like the dow will drop over 1000 points in 1 day....get ready for it.
