I like QCOR here at a price of $6.21.....

PE of 8.8

EPS growth last 3 yrs of 157%

EPS Growth over last 5 yrs = 48%

Revenue growth Last qtr vs. prior year qtr = 501%

Revenue Growth TTM = 27.7%

Price performance last 13 weeks up 25%

Price performance last 52 wks up 44%


Seems like a good pharmaceutical story...

I agree, QCOR looks to be the real deal both technically and fundamentally.

Vector vest says NLY is UNDERVALUED , it closed 11/4/08 at $14.15....VV says its true worth is $44.00...That is all well and good ....but NLY also pays a dividend of $2.20 per share or 15.5% ...NOT BAD> VV gives it a "HOLD" rating

Some other HIGH Dividend stocks are the following REITS ...TRUE these are risky but check out the recent Dividend Yields

1. BEE 32.20%
2. SHO 29.70%
3. DRH 26.5%
4. FCH 24%
5. SPPR 21.70%
6. MDH 20.7%

BEST BET ...IMHO is NLY!
