Scan for longs came up with WRLD, VSTA, DSL, MME, NVEC, MIDD, TASR.
Some others as well but there didn't have much for current earnings.
In the group WGII has been acting strong. GDT is breaking out of a cup with handle. FWIW

Originally from SE of MKE then all over US, wrld and back to WI and now just to the E of MSP. Snow in our forecast, stay in school and keep on investing. School beats work.

Flymike and any others,
I am studying technical analysis. You say that GDT is breaking out of a cup with handle formation. I looked at the 1 year chart and can not see a cup with handle. I might see a VERY shallow cup with handle. But is this a true cup with handle formation I should be looking for ?
Thanks

Are we not all sudents? Technically a base should be several weeks long with enough dip then look for a handle to form on the right side with the correct slant slightly down then on volume a break out. One would preferably want good fundies and GDT has some of these. But the important thing is price action and volume, and it's in a good sector.
I'll amend and try to find even better fundies. Check the end of Aug to end of Oct. period. Good news it was up another couple % today but on avg. volume.
