NMHC looks great! It was in one of my recent data dumps.

I've been watching it for a little while. In fact, I bought and sold it once already. Do you think the medicare bill will impact it in the future? Today's action was a bit dramatic. Not sure what the trigger was unless it was Congress passing the medicare bill.
