I need your advise on this company--It has been getting great press, about it's earnings--Brli, Bio-reference labs, in NY city. It might be to low in price for your interest ($14) but I just like it! EPS is 96 and RS is 92.
The other stock of interest that showed up on your recnet pick of five--is MTRX. I have purchased this Matrix Service as it is a high reating in the IBD listing and next week is Oct 31, it will split. EPS is 99 and RS is 92.
note: Both stocks held up really well with the roiled market last week.
Thanks in advance

Max, I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I seldom let that stop me. These two stocks just go to show how many great stocks there are out there. Both of these look good to me, too, and I'll add my congratulations on the move in BRLI. MTRX was on my screen at one point, but I don't know when or why it fell off, it may have been when I tweaked the screen parameters. Comparing these two to my current screen, MTRX doesn't make the cut due only to debt/equity ratio of 0.4, and my screen cuts it off at 0.2. BRLI's revenue growth qtr/qtr is less than 25%.
If I ever had more time to devote to this, I would seriously consider a stock picking approach more similar to Ernie's, by using several screens using different balances of revenue and/or earnings growth vs. price ratios. For example, a company having truly outstanding revenue or earnings growth (say, >50%) might be allowed more slack in terms of debt or price ratio than one having only 26% growth.
I will never consider limiting gains to 15%, though.
Keep up the good work max!
regards ... stenz
