I was really interested until I read the details.
I don't really care for tin ceilings in the kitchen.

"SIGNIFICANT ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS INCLUDE EURO KITCHEN W/TIN CEILING"

It's where they put, uh, tin on the ceiling.

I like the house but I'm about 3.3 Million short. However if MM and Stenz keep picking them like they have recently, I'll be there by next year.

Wow, I love it, but like minni said, I'm a bit short. :) Gimme some time on the Mr Market plan and I'll be there.

My brother built this house in Weston, MA

All I need is just two rooms, one for the computer and one for my paint studio. I can sleep on the floor, no problemo... My kitchen is so tiny that two people in there will get into each other's way, which is what I like! 8) For me, it is quick to clean up! I much rather spend $ on travelling, gambling and fishing. Caught 7 largemouth bass more than a week ago!

I need 8. One for my bed, one for my computer, and 6 to rent out. That's how I get my money to invest... my job can only keep me fed.

Tin Ceilings provide a slight patterned look to a regular ceiling. They are usually painted and add character to a room.

They can be removed if you do not like it.

Tin Ceiling are easy to install. ALL it takes is a nail gun, step ladder, two people, and a truck load of beers. Ernie next time I need some help I shall call and see if your are free to help.

We'll carry in half to get started, BEERS that is. I get the ladder positioned in one corner, string out the air hose, load the nail gun, and let the drinking begain. After you finish a can you hand it up to me and I shall shoot a nail through it sticking it to the ceiling. We are going to have to alternate brands to get the best effect and color composesitions.

This type of ceiling is really quit fun to install, kinda messy though if your helper does't drink the can dry. ==============> MEA

I thought Ernie only drank beer from bottles.
That will make this job significantly more interesting.
Gives whole new meaning to the term "glass ceiling".

TIN Ceiling Wrong phrase, should of said ALUMINUM Ceiling and now we have to find out how to make a glass ceiling. I just don't know how to make this work, maybe we could just use the lables. ===> MEA

If it doesn't sell, he could always burn it for the insurance money

I would consider buying it, but I've already paid my mortgage off and don't want another. All my money now goes into my boat, fishing gear and stocks. Oh yea, my wife spends a lot too.

If your brother would have his house moved to a lot close to the water here in Florida, he could probably get ten million bucks and sell it within a week. Heck I've seen two bedroom trailers sell for three million here. They don't even care about tin ceilings either. Everyone is using tin roofs anyways.

So my reccommendation is...Spend two mllion to get it moved to Florida and sell it for more

After hurricane, I might be willing to sell my house.

Anyone want a lakefront home in Florida???

Well...sometimes good things come to those who wait...When I first saw this house...I thought to myself...A bit small for my needs...needs some fixing up (but sounds like Mea would give me a deal on that???)...But the way I figured it...nobody was gonna pay $3.5 mil for it. Guess I was right...So after careful consideration...I'm prepared to fly to the East Coast tomorrow morning w/ a suitcase filled w/ 200,000 one dollar bills and take the joint AS-IS...NO ???'s ASKED...Is it a deal???

PS...MEA...I supply the beer.

Sorta funny...'cause MEA is in Hastings NE...and I've actually been there a few times. I'm in L.A. but I went to college at the the Univ. of NE in Lincoln(UNL)...Of course, that's before I got my DBA at Columbia...or is it Colombia???

I sure could use a permenit vacation when do we get started. I shall pack my bagges and be waitting on the front porch for you to land your jet out in the street. I hope you know you will have a perminite house guest. cause I pretty sure she will change the locks on the doors. ===> MEA
