XOI last week pulled back to and tested its 50DMA. The MA held and XOI is up big today (HUGE! in honor of Ernie <g>), back through its declining 20-day EMA. Its daily stochastic also broke up through its declining trendline as well. The daily RSI never fell below 40 over the past few weeks, which suggests strength (higher prices) for the XOI.
